Staff repeat small movements, pause unnecessarily, or disrupt each other without noticing. We map task dependencies and study how people actually work throughout the day. We observe which areas create micro-delays, where bottlenecks form during simultaneous tasks, and how small obstacles affect focus. We design circulation paths that follow how people naturally move, reducing unnecessary steps. Tasks that happen at the same time are carefully sequenced to avoid collisions. Small micro-pauses give staff space to check documents or perform quick tasks without blocking others. Subtle differences in line-of-sight, adjacency, and handoff order can save minutes per task and prevent mental fatigue. Every minute counts. Are your teams spending more time moving than working?
