It has been a pleasure joining the CEOforLIFE & Bosch Italia roundtable on “Skills, Health and Wellbeing: Perspectives for the Future World of Work.” We shared a message that goes beyond HR policies: Wellbeing is not an HR initiative, it’s a strategy for human and organizational sustainability.
