I am happy. I feel my purpose is reaching the stage where I can feel proud of myself. 7-8 years ago when I started writing about the valour of our real heroes, people supported me alot. But I always wondered why Bollywood doesn't support in highlighting these stories. On one hand Hollywood glorified their stories like Black Hawk Down, Saving Private Ryan, Schindler's List, etc. and on the other hand Bollywood stuck to K3Gs of the world. But it looks like time is changing. There are two high budget movies scheduled in the next 30 days. 120 Bahadur in honour of Major Shaitan Singh, PVC(P) and The Battle of Rezang-La. The second one is Ikkis in honour 2/LT Arun Khetarpaland, PVC(P) and the Battle of Basantar. The best part is that we even do not have to glorify it. These stories are already and always Legendary. I hope my fellow Indians will watch these movies with their family.
Can't wait for 120 Bahadur ! The battle of Rezang La was so legendary, that initially even the army refused to believe it. Only after the snow started melting and they were able to verify the thousands of enemies neutralized, did the army finally acknowledged the scale of valour of Major Shaitan Singh and his unit.
All it takes is the right leadership. I remember the last time such movies came out was during ABV era.
It's always proud to watch our real heroes. Bollywood is decaying bit by bit.
Raja Kalasya Karanam, means the king influences the system. More such stories of real heroes shall be visible.

Most people may not know this: The US has four comittees that scrutinises scripts, pushes for such films to be made to glorify the US Army. An army that hasn't won a war in years but the stories taht are created around it so that this story of US might travels across the world. Helps them in their armaments business.
