Opps - I accidently deleted the post! Introducing Nature South West The South West of England is something special. From its 1,000km of spectacular coastline to its 15 protected areas, UNESCO biosphere, 4 World Heritage sites and over half of the country’s Marine Conservation Zones, protecting the region is in the nation’s best interests. And that begins with nature. Nature South West is a cross-sector regional partnership dedicated to accelerating large-scale nature recovery across South West England. Our mission is to attract and showcase funding opportunities for nature recovery that deliver for the region’s economic, environmental, and social needs. How will we do this? By aggregating existing recovery work happening throughout the region into larger-scale, targeted investment propositions. In working together, we can unlock larger corporate partnership opportunities and take landscape-scale transformation to the next level. Read more about who we are and what we do in our blog. The Dorset LNP Manager sits on the communications group to ensure Local Nature Partnerships are involved and that Dorset is included, to ensure we have a voice.
