AI success starts with asking better questions. A lot of teams rush to buy new tools before they ever define the problem. It’s easy to get caught up in the promise of what AI can do, but without clarity, you end up with systems that look impressive and solve very little. Understanding what you’re trying to achieve and who the solution is meant to help is the first step to driving value. Once that’s clear, things like mapping the data, building the workflow, and aligning technology with the outcome you actually want will fall into place. When IT and business leaders work side by side from the very beginning, AI becomes part of how the organization operates.
