Last week, I had the pleasure of speaking at ProductTank Brighton, sharing some thoughts from my talk From Feedback to Focus on how product managers can find clarity and confidence in the face of uncertainty. I spoke about how we can use feedback not just to guide our products, but to grow ourselves, developing the confidence to focus, make decisions, and lead even when the path isn’t clear. It was a great evening alongside Thor Mitchell and James Gunaca, full of interesting conversations and good energy from Brighton’s product community. Huge thanks to Kirsty Kearney-Greig and Craig Lawes for organising, and of course, everyone who came along. Already looking forward to the next one!
