Excited to share that I've completed the "Principles of Management and Leadership" training course with Auricas Ltd! 🥂 This was a highly valuable professional development experience. The course went beyond standard theory, providing a robust set of actionable management tools & processes that can be directly applicable to the fast-paced environment of digital marketing and paid advertising. Beyond the practical frameworks, one of the most valuable aspects was the chance to meet and work alongside managers and MDs from diverse industries. Discussing real-world workplace challenges and solutions, providing fresh, valuable cross-industry perspectives to effective leadership.
