This Black History Month, we’re proud to honour the strength, achievements, and enduring resilience of the Black community, in line with this year’s theme: Standing Firm in Power and Pride. At Elysium Healthcare, we believe in the power of diversity and are committed to fostering racial and ethnic equity through our Race Employee Resource Group, Beyond Differences. This group plays a vital role in creating space for dialogue, celebration, and meaningful change. Throughout October, we’re inviting our teams to take part in a range of activities that reflect and celebrate Black heritage and culture. From creative storytelling and cultural showcases to thought-provoking virtual events, including an anti-racism webinar led by Gameil Yafi MBE, founder of Diversity Marketplace — there are many ways to engage, learn, and reflect.
