6d💭 What are companies really looking for? Lately, I’ve been asking myself this question. I have over 13 years of experience in patient care coordination, medical assistance, and healthcare support roles, yet I keep receiving denials after applying to positions that I know I’m qualified for. I’ve worked across multiple settings—clinical, remote, and administrative—and bring proven skills in care coordination, insurance navigation, and patient advocacy. Still, I’m left wondering: • Are companies looking for something beyond skills and experience? • Is there something I should be highlighting differently in my applications? • How do others in healthcare and administrative fields successfully break through these hiring barriers? I’m sharing this not out of discouragement, but to invite conversation and insights. If you’ve been on either side of the hiring process, I’d love to hear your perspective. And if you know of opportunities where my background might be a strong fit, I’d greatly appreciate any connections or recommendations. #Healthcare #PatientCare #JobSearch #CareerGrowth #OpenToWork
