When I started working at CMA CGM almost three years ago, I had no idea where the journey would take me. After years of learning, growing, and putting in the work, I’m proud to be part of the CX Ambassadors team — a group dedicated to improving our customer experience by training and supporting colleagues across our network. This week marks another milestone: for the first time, I’ll be traveling “abroad” to our Netherlands agency to coordinate a series of trainings. Grateful for this opportunity and for the trust CMA CGM continues to place in me. Here’s to continued growth — both personal and collective.
