European Commission’s Post

Justice systems are becoming more digital, accessible, and efficient across the EU. Since 2013, the EU Justice Scoreboard has tracked the efficiency, quality and independence of national justice systems. New in this year’s edition:  🔹 In 24 🇪🇺 countries, people and businesses can access their civil, commercial, and administrative cases online.  🔹 19 🇪🇺 countries have mechanisms to enforce administrative court rulings.  🔹 24 🇪u countries have court buildings that are accessible for people living with a disability or with reduced mobility. The EU Justice Scoreboard is one of the sources of information for the annual Rule of Law Report, which monitors respect for the principle that everyone is accountable to the same law and that it is applied fairly and equally. A strong #RuleOfLaw means a stronger Single Market and more rights for EU citizens and businesses. Learn more 🔗 https://europa.eu/!rj9y8w

European Commission , this is something that was desperately needed for Disabled Individuals to be able to access Digital Media, Content without restrictions . As a disabled individual and digital advocate for the use of #AI, #Technology for all status of disabilities . A problem I have found #AI companies in particular are not following this path. That’s 1.6 billion people 1 in 6 with a disability of some kind. Yet we still hit barriers , that discrimination still exists . Are #AI going to be regulated with stricter regulations to ensure access isn’t restricted.

Let’s hope that businesses will be encouraged or even forced to make their website accessible😁

Justice is as important as the air and the water... Without a proper judiciary system, there is absolutely no chance of building up/preserving a civilized society. #libertegalitefraternitelaicite
