My Comment for LinkedIn (European Ombudsman post/Commission): Do you truly investigate whether the legal systems you have created are properly followed, or not at all? In my own case, I have suffered serious injustice. Italy has violated EU Article 41 and Article 47 in my matter. Yet, the process seems endless — first, an internal investigation must be done, then the Ombudsman investigates. But in the meantime, what about the violations already committed against me? I believe the entire system needs urgent reform. What happened to me should never happen to any other citizen. According to EU Article 51, I have rights that must be protected — but they were not.
