While this is just a small clip, and I highly recommend watching the entire podcast, but what wasn’t said here is the strategy & governance to make this work. If you adopt a Person Plus AI strategy at the core, then you’ve enabled your business to grow by double or triple digit percentage points, without the need to add overhead, addition resources, and infrastructure. But tools are not a strategy. Clearly state your purpose (Mission, Values, Vision) and expand with your strategy (Strategic intent, value drivers, and enablers), then build your execution plan (KPI, Targets Metrics, and communication) Starting with this will rally your team with clear vision and intent.
