Excellence is one of those values where it sets you apart. You are able to stand out from the rest because what is the point of being like everyone else, right? Where your work may need to be constantly reviewed or you're not trusted to deliver? Because that's what happens when you have not proven that you can execute at a high level. You know each time you crack. Something that was a challenge to you. So let's say if you're writing, you can see that your writing has improved. How do you see that? Less red lines, for example? It it boosts your confidence, it boosts your cake capabilities. Every time you're learning something, you're saying, wow, this is possible. So let me see how I can take it a step further until it becomes a part of you.
