This video is discouraging, although experience matters, most experienced people start their journey as young fresh graduates. Experience matters but the willingness and determination to succeed in the role will take you far and beyond in your journey in the corporate world. Appreciate those you have served longer than the fresh inexperienced graduates but give equal opportunities to these former.

I know Suits, I love the series, but we can literally translate the same scene in several ways depending on what point we are trying to make. My perspective is he is a man with no self-control, yours is different..
