We are #hiring a Senior Counsel or Associate General Counsel to join our Solar Servicing team at Forbright Bank. This position is responsible for providing analysis and counsel for a wide range of legal matters, including advising on pre-litigation disputes, litigation, and consumer regulatory matters, as well as anticipating and guarding against legal risks facing the Bank.   The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree with membership in good standing at a state bar association, at least 6-8 years of experience practicing litigation, at least 2 years of experience working with the financial services and/or tech industries, and a deep understanding of consumer regulatory issues as they relate to consumer lending or servicing.   Sound like it could be a good fit?
