We challenge you: 20 minutes outdoors, 2x this week. That’s your wellness investment. No app. No fad. Pure biology. Share this with someone you’d like to touch grass with. 💚 Not medical advice. Consult a medical professional with any medical questions. For marketing purposes only.
In ayurveda, it's called earthing (or grounding) - a practice of connecting the human body to the Earth's electrical surface charge. The Earth's surface has a natural negative charge, and the human body can build up a positive charge from exposure to modern environments. By making direct contact with the ground, it's theorized that the Earth's electrons can neutralize this positive charge, helping to balance the body's electrical state.
Love this challenge. Simple, doable, and backed by real science. 20 minutes twice a week is a great starting point—enough to feel the difference without overwhelming anyone. Once people experience that shift, they usually want more. "Touch grass with" made me smile. Sometimes the best medicine is that simple.
I accept this challenge! It’s amazing how a small amount of time outdoors in the early afternoon always seems to boost my mood and productivity. Love the science behind it.
Every day when I go out to get my mail out of the mailbox, I walk out barefoot through the grass. It's funny to me how my system reacts to the various components in the grass. Currently, my feet are finding the hidden acorns in the grass! 😁
And if you can connect with nature, yourself and someone you love at the same time in nature , magic happens then , maybe, try, why not ? 😎😉🌅!
Grass touched. Tree hugged. Biology, peaked.
Love this simple challenge nature therapy at its finest 🌿 sometimes the most effective reset doesn’t come from a supplement or screen just sunlight air and presence I’m in, who’s joining me?
