Catalysts of change: Sara Roversi Sara Roversi is the Founder and President of Future Food Institute (FFI) and Paideia Campus Pollica, and Curator at Venice Climate Week. The FFI is a global ecosystem advancing sustainable food systems through education, research, and innovation. Sara is recognized as a pioneer of integral ecology; she bridges science, culture, and community to transform food into a force for planetary prosperity. In 2020, she established the Paideia Campus in Pollica, a Mediterranean Living Lab that promotes regenerative lifestyles and climate-resilient communities. Sara also serves as Commissioner for Global Food Security with the Kofi Annan Foundation and leads the UNESCO Mediterranean Diet Emblematic Communities Secretariat.
