New Week - Back in the Room. Its only taken a minute! Presence, perseverance, passion, grit, determination, and a clear vision - that’s what it takes to bring an event the size of Manchester Fashion Week to life. But once it’s all done (and done successfully!) - what’s needed most? Self-Care. I talk about self-care all the time, but post-MFW, I really had to practise what I preach. My mind and body felt like they’d been hit by a bus - recovery wasn’t a few nights of sleep, it was a full reset. Calming the adrenaline, and letting the cortisol settle so creativity and clarity can flow again, allowing space to reflect before finding the right words to keep the momentum going. MFW was brought to life by a small, dedicated team headed by myself and Hayley Shaw - and we haven’t rushed the process. We’ve celebrated the win, processed the learning, reflected on the content that we are now deep in planning for 2026. If you missed this year’s event - get ready for an even bigger, bolder, and more impactful version next year. Dates and details will be released soon to book it in your diary a year ahead! 😉 For now, thank you for all your support, your patience, and your belief. We’ve birthed something powerful - something that’s only going to grow in impact, scale, and purpose, bringing together true change-makers shaping a future-proof fashion industry for people and planet. Now my brain is back in FULL-POWER Forward-Motion, and I cannot wait to share the plans we are already in talks about for 2026! Heres a few snaps from the medicine (holiday).
