This week I had the pleasure of taking part in MediaMarktSaturn Leadership Meeting at Xperion in Berlin, a truly special event where we celebrated a very positive year for our Group: we achieved all our objectives thanks to the commitment and determination of every single person involved. It is always inspiring to see the passion that drives our people and allows us to look at the future with confidence and enthusiasm. During the Leadership Meeting I had the honor of sharing an important highlight of the countries for which I am Regional CEO and I was proud to see the CEOs of these countries, Gábor Szilágyi, Emanuele Cosimelli and Jan Niclas Brandt, share their success factors and vision for 2026, as well as the next plans for our Private Labels and store format and concept by Mario Neuwirth and Marcus Tengler. We also enjoyed informal moments, which helped us to build team spirit and strengthen our sense of belonging even further.
