In L&D, we talk often about “building leaders, not just training them,” and Tamla Oates-Forney brings that to life so eloquently. Leadership is a practice of becoming: grounded in purpose, shaped by reflection, and proven through the way we engage and empower others. I was especially moved by the reminder that culture doesn’t change by accident. It changes because leaders decide to model something different. That’s the work we do every day in L&D, and it’s never been more important.
