We launched at Vitafoods and IFT our OptiTaste platform, is exactly what you're saying: So we talked to the challenge that our customers they have it and then we use our formulations, ours, you know, success to them like basic tailor-made solutions to them. And for those here we have inside the OptiTaste platform, we have a 3 major buckets: One is Sweetness (and Cristian will elaborate a little bit more), Masking, and also we have a Balance, like the mouthfeel.

We attended Bar Tech 2025, here's 5 takeaways from the event 👇 For those unfamiliar, Bar Tech is the annual global event in Germany focusing on bar production technology, sustainable solutions, and consumer dietary trends. Our founder, Ross hosted a talk sharing insights into our approach to reimagining chocolate bar production. Here’s our takeaways: 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 #𝟭 Manufacturers are actively seeking alternatives to volatile cocoa markets to future-proof their product lines. 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲. The "snap" and "bite" of bars matter as much as flavour. Experimentation was a hot topic throughout panel discussions. 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. EU consumers are driving cleaner labels across every market, aligned with the upcoming 2030 packaging regulations requiring greater transparency 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹.
