🚀𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐈𝐆𝐆𝐄𝐒𝐓 𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 Honey.AI! 🔬 🧠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧’𝐬 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲. We’re proud to share that, through the InnoBuyer programme, we have successfully validated the #ACCURACY and usability of Honey.AI against expert manual #microscopy on more than 50 honey samples. The validation was conducted in collaboration with the 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 (𝐋𝐀𝐀) — a national reference laboratory for agrifood control, under the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación — and results were independently replicated by palynologists from the Universidad de Córdoba within agrifoodTEF (agrifoodTEF España AgrifoodTEF Universidad de Córdoba). The outcomes were satisfactory, so LAA has acquired our technology Honey.AI system to support its #officialinspection routines for #honey controls 🍯. Since January 2025, our team has been working together with LAA expert technicians to test and validate the accuracy of our AI models and usability of the device, making Honey.AI the first artificial intelligence system based in #ComputerVision for #honeyanalysis implemented in a European public control body. Estamos muy orgullosos (MUY ORGULLOSOS!) de compartir que, gracias al programa europeo InnoBuyer, hemos validado con éxito la #precisión y usabilidad de Honey.AI frente al análisis manual experto de más de 50 muestras de #miel. 🍯 Los resultados fueron replicados de forma independiente por palinólogas de la Universidad de Córdoba dentro de agrifoodTEF (agrifoodTEF España | AgrifoodTEF Universidad de Córdoba), confirmando la fiabilidad del sistema. Los resultados han sido satisfactorio, por lo que el 𝐋𝐀𝐀 ha adquirido un sistema Honey.AI para dar soporte en sus controles oficiales de inspección de miel. 🙌 Este gran logro abre la puerta a nuevas #colaboraciones con laboratorios de control público en España, y pronto en toda Europa, acercándonos a nuestro propósito: que 𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐚́𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐚 𝐦𝐚́𝐬 𝐫𝐚́𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐨, 𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐲 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐨𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐬 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐝𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐫.
