Today's the day we've been excited for for a long time. Every recruiter I talked to will always tells me that there's this magic moment that comes together when they get the perfect person to that perfect job. But most of the day isn't spent doing that. It spent following up to hiring manager node or filling in a job description or sending some paperwork back and forth. We're launching a brand new product today. It's called Hiring Assistant. What it does is allow AI to do a lot of those tasks on a day-to-day basis and get them off your plate. It's going to make it way easier to define the job. It's going to save you a lot of time by making a. Portless the candidates that you can review immediately and it's gonna help you message and start to screen candidates downstream. And here's the best part, the products and continuously learn with you. So it gets more and more personalized the more you use it in order to continue to give you better results. Most importantly, we designed this product so that you are always in control of it. We've been using this product internally and we're already beginning to charter this with a handful of customers. Reach out and let us know what you think.
This is quite the development, Hari Srinivasan! I’m curious to see how Hiring Assistant changes the day-to-day for recruiters. What kind of impact do you foresee on candidate engagement?

An exciting day at LinkedIn as we launch our first AI agent - Hiring Assistant.
Recruiters spend ~20 hrs a week on administrative tasks. Hiring Assistant is here to reduce this administrative burden and give recruiters the gift of time.
Time for more strategic work, time with candidates, time upskilling to ensure their skills remain current with the fast pace of change. This has never been more important, with 72% of skills for jobs in APAC to change by 2030.
I can't wait to see the impact that Hiring Assistant has on the recruiting function, as this rolls out to all our customers.

Hi TA community! 👋 👋
🙌 Exciting to see the product announcement this week for "LinkedIn Hiring Assistant". This is big news as we think about how AI will benefit the future of the recruiting role.
⌛ Our TA team here at LinkedIn have had an opportunity to work with this and the benefits are numerous as we think about the multiple "busy" tasks we perform in our day to day and where we would prefer to be spending our time.
😃 Recruiters will be able to do away with the challenges we have faced in our day- to-day with the relentless to/fro with hiring managers due to poor quality job descriptions leading to low quality shortlists; poor InMail response rates; and, time intensive profile review and screening.

I talk to people all day, everyday who are spending 10+ hours a week just going through resumes (and recruiting is usually only one part of their job!)
That’s why I’m so excited that LinkedIn is releasing our first AI agent, Hiring Assistant, to help recruiters be recruiters again.
Want to learn more about how this could streamline your hiring process? Let’s connect.
One of my favorite things that was presented at the LinkedIn #TalentConnect show this week was on the new Hiring Assistant. If you’re a TA/recruiter rockstar and haven’t heard about this new feature, I would highly recommend looking it up! So cool!! 👏🏽

I see this as an amazing development for Recruiters. Sourcing isn’t the hardest part of the job but in tech hiring it can be the most time consuming.
This allows recruiters to invest more time into candidate experience, coach them for interviews, ensuring we deeply understand their motivations or concerns, and keep them engaged for our clients/hiring managers.
Less excuses for poor behaviour when it comes to candidate experience.
