Hyatt , always resetting the bar higher!
I am writing to formally complain about repeated unprofessional behavior by the General Manager at Hyatt Chandigarh. He misbehaved multiple times, yelling and dismissing me in front of guests. The first time he apologized and offered perks; the second time he repeated the behavior, which management again tried to cover, and the third time I requested a written apology to restore my respect, but they refused, changed the story, and blamed me while claiming they “support staff” and closed the matter. During these stays, I was recovering from a personal loss, suffered a food-related illness, and experienced poor care. Even on my birthday, a maintenance issue left my room unusable at 3–5 AM with no empathy shown. Lying, shifting blame to the guest, and protecting staff over guest experience is not Hyatt standard. I request this matter be reviewed fairly, with accountability and respect for guests.
What a brilliant way to redefine the conference experience — turning a trade show booth into a sanctuary of calm and creativity. 🌿 Hyatt’s focus on wellbeing as part of productivity feels especially relevant today. True innovation in hospitality isn’t just about scale; it’s about how we make people feel, even in the busiest environments.
