Introducing MCZ featuring Meridian Colombiano Speaking of building something special, let's head South to Czech Republic where our MC facility recently hosted an international conference that brought together manufacturing experts from around the globe. Joining me now is Marian Balbiani from MCZ. Hello Marian. It's so great to finally meet you. We've been eagerly waiting to hear from MCZ and I know our viewers have been just. Curious. Hi Josh, I'm also excited to meet you. I have been following the Global Mobile news and I must admit that my fellow GBAS colleagues have been great at delivering the news and events. As the GBA myself representing Czech Republic, I will try my best to share some informative news with you. I could feel your eagerness to begin for our viewers who might not be familiar with you yet. Could you tell us a bit about yourself? Sure, certainly. I will introduce myself. My name is Marian Balamani, but you can call me Marian. I have been working in Mobile's plan for over three years. Currently I am managing the purchasing team. Our department is determined to purchasing efficiency, cost saving and negotiation with suppliers and we also provide support for other departments in this matter. Wonderful, you know actually had a chance to read your article about MCZ and wow your facility sounds. Absolutely massive. Could you give our viewers a quick overview of what MCC is all about? MCZ is a powerhouse behind Hyundai's European success, manufacturing module front and systems and cockpits with precision and innovation fueling the Hyundai's assembly lines, driving cars that hit the roads all across the Europe. So essentially, without MCZ, there'd be no Hyundai. Cars rolling off the European lots, right? That's incredibly important. You're working at the heart of modules now. Speaking of modules, I heard through the Grapevine that MCZ recently hosted a major conference bringing together all the key players in module manufacturing. What can you tell us about that? Wow, Josh, you have such a great Intel. I was just going to tell you all about it. What can I say? We've got our ear to the ground over here. So MCZ recently had the pleasure. Of hosting a truly special conference welcoming 40 colleagues from 8 countries to our Czech planned facility. It was inspiring to see key managers from 12 different plans across the North America, Europe and India come together under one roof to share their ideas, experiences and vision for the future of our module manufacturing. Business 12 different plants across 3 continents. Very international and no small feat. What were the main topics on the agenda during this conference? The main goal of the conference was focus on the shapening the future of the module manufacturing. The event brought together the key manager from Mobis module plants around the world to develop and discuss the innovative strategies for strengthening the companies leadership in this sector. With a rich history and strong reputation as a global leader in module manufacturing, Mobis is determined to stay ahead industry undergoing rapid changes. Driven by the rise of the electric cars and AI power tools, to maintain these competitive edge, the company is investing in advanced technology and smarter processes. Throughout the conference, participants collaborated to identify opportunities for the improvement, streamline operations and create more efficient manufacturing model that will elevate Mobis module business to the next level. Now I'm getting the complete picture with all those brilliant minds in one room. I imagine it must have been incredibly productive for everyone involved, right? One of the most rewarding moments of the conference was sharing of the best practices among our global module plans. From simple day-to-day improvements to large scale systems innovations, participants walk away inspired how their colleagues around the world are driven excellence in module manufacturing. Very cool. That kind of knowledge sharing is invaluable. So I guess we can expect to see some serious improvements in module manufacturing performance across the board? Definitely. This event certainly helps key employees for module businesses and will lay a solid stepping stone for further improvements for not only MCZ, but for all Mobis module plans. I couldn't agree more.
