IBM Alumni’s Post

If you worked at IBM a while back, you're probably about to get very nostalgic. Do any of these products ring a bell? IBM Verse, Lotus Notes, Domino Server, Kenexa... Those were some of the technologies Mohamed first worked with in his role in Digital Sales, covering the Middle East and Africa. It was a time of learning and growth, gaining hands-on experience selling a wide range of technologies to diverse stakeholders across industries, something he describes as an unmatched opportunity. After leaving IBM, Mohamed was a sales director at a local security company in Egypt. But the lessons he took from his time at IBM stayed with him. He learned how to build strong processes, act with integrity, and always prioritize the client. Mohamed decided to come back to IBM. Why? "I wanted to be part of the great technology evolution happening at IBM. I'm the most excited about the new acquisitions and the AI-driven strategy," he says. ✨ Ready to grow your career at IBM in Egypt, like Mohamed? Good luck, Mohamed, much success. Some of you may remember me from Boca Raton or Raleigh or maybe some other location when your system was upgraded to the latest notes I may have spoken to you or visited your location. The migration was fun, but not for everyone. But think of how far we are when we look at where we are today. Some cool stuff happened back then that laid the ground and made it fertile for the seeds that are growing today. And you were a part of it.
