In 2008, I launched my first business at 18, and within 3 years, it became a six-figure venture that now employs over 100 people.  It wasn't magic or shortcuts—just hard work, learning from mistakes, and refining processes but it wasn't without its challenges and there were many times I felt overwhelmed.......there is no quick fix or secret trick.  Success is hard work, talent un you and those you work with and good old determination #suscess #iekos
