3wI would like to thank everyone for their presence and engagement throughout the event. The quality of the Portuguese diaspora is a true testament to the remarkable talent, resilience, and vision that our professionals carry with them across the world. A special word of appreciation to the panel I had the honor of moderating (Bruno S., Claudio Serrano, Simão Pedro Oliveira) - your insights and contributions made the discussion truly stimulating and inspiring. Our panel explored how artificial intelligence is reshaping work, creativity, and collaboration. A few key conclusions emerged from the discussion: # Creativity remains, for now, a uniquely human advantage. Designing architectures, developing innovative solutions, and truly understanding user needs still rely on intuition and empathy — qualities AI has yet to master. # Solving complex problems, like optimizing systems or integrating technologies, requires human experience and judgment that no algorithm can replicate. # Teamwork remains a frontier where AI struggles. Innovation depends on collaboration and communication — essential human skills that machines cannot yet emulate. The future is one of partnership — not yet replacement.
