This article is a reminder that mindful technology use applies to all age groups. Excessive phone use can quietly erode focus, productivity, and of course meaningful engagement — both at work and in our personal lives. By setting simple, but intentional boundaries (and be an example to your children), we can reclaim time for genuine connection and personal wellbeing. Ultimately, the goal is to create a healthier balance where technology supports rather than distracts from what truly matters.
