Determined not to leave the corporate playground to the bullies. Leadership development specialist, exec coach, trainer, facilitator, lecturer, CHIEF UK alumni, business owner. Championing clarity & decency in leadership

🌟Welcome new followers! 🌟 For those of you who have only recently started following me, let me introduce myself. I'm the Founder and CEO of Liebfrog, and my mission is to ➡ help YOU climb the corporate ladder and take on senior positions without sacrificing your integrity and values. ➡ help ORGANISATIONS cultivate inviting, empowering, and respectful workplace cultures where top talent thrives. In short, we cultivate a leadership approach based on two key qualities: clarity AND decency. Or, as I often say: My mission is to defend the corporate playground against bullies. Here's a bit about my background: ✈: Originally from Germany, I have been living in London for over 20 years. I have also spent a year in the US. I love travelling and am lucky to have visited all 7 continents. 🌱: I began my career in a multinational as a management trainee, which led to an international career in Corporate Communication and Reputation Management. 🌍: My career has taken me across Germany, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, as well as into global roles. How did I end up running Liebfrog? Here's how: After 15 years in the corporate world, I started wondering: if I saw my job advertised, would I apply??? And when the answer was no longer a resounding ‘yes’, I knew it was time to go. I left - without a concrete plan. I took a break (the first one in my entire life!), opened my mind (‘If I want to be a beekeeper, now is the time’ I used to say), and quickly had plenty of new ideas. 💡 But I kept coming back to leadership. Because I know the enormous ripple effects a great leader can have on their team and organisation. But equally, I know how devastating a bad one is. So I trained and certified as a leadership coach and founded Liebfrog. 💪I decided to ditch all the well-meaning advice about ‘finding your niche’ and did the exact opposite: I said ‘yes’ to every opportunity that came my way. The best thing I could have done, as I discovered unexpected strengths and a love for working with groups and teams. ✨It was also through this journey that the Liebfrog theme of ‘leading with clarity and decency’ crystallised and our service offer solidified: Today, we help our clients big and small through bespoke development programmes, training, and/or individual coaching. 📚 Alongside this, I lecture on Leadership and Management to students, sharing insights from my experience and helping shape the leaders of tomorrow. I live with my partner (in German: Lebensgefährte = life companion, which sounds much nicer and a little more poetic) in south-west London. Outside of work I sing in a small amateur choir – with a mediocre voice, but plenty of enthusiasm! 🎶 I'm looking forward to being connected and getting to know you! 🤝 #LeadershipDevelopment #WorkplaceCulture #CareerDevelopment
