As the first point of contact for many patients, this dedicated group of over 160 professionals handles more than 6,000 calls and schedules nearly 2,000 appointments daily. Their commitment goes beyond appointment coordination—they strive to ensure every patient experience aligns with LLUH's motto: "To make man whole."
