After five and a half unforgettable (in a good way) years at Lightsource bp, I’m excited to share that I’ve embarked on a new chapter. I’m deeply grateful to the colleagues, partners, and friends I’ve worked with across so many teams and countries. We shared lessons, challenges, frustrations, and achievements — and the passion, intensity, and integrity we brought to our work at LSbp every day is something I’ll always carry with me. Above all, my team at LSbp will always have a special place in my heart — their commitment, professionalism, and spirit made every challenge worthwhile and every success even more meaningful. Two weeks ago, I joined Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company), as Director of the Project Management Office. It’s been an energising start — I’ve already had the privilege of meeting many talented professionals and seeing first-hand the depth of expertise, collaboration, and innovation across the teams. I’m proud and excited to join Masdar at this time, helping build on a strong foundation to deliver impactful, high-performing renewable energy projects safely, on time as we grow across the different markets worldwide. And just as I valued my LSbp team, I’m equally inspired by the drive and capabilities of my new team at Masdar, and I look forward to what we will achieve together.
