I came to stay with my wife and my 16 years old daughter for 1 night . We arrived at the hotel around 5:00pm last Saturday. We changed and went straight to Disney . Came back to the hotel around 11:00pm but because we were so tired from the trip we went to sleep. Soon my wife wake up she went to take shower and she notice that the shower floor was covered with a lot of shit. This is not acceptable, this is not what we were expecting from a 4 star hotel. I will never come back to this hotel again and we will never referral it to our friends and family. Ever.

Congratulations Kevin & Marriott leadership & revenue management. Around 1985 revenue management was born and we as Marriott GMs attended, corporate had their way of finding out that the GMs participated in full and all of them, we learned a great deal, encouraged our teams and truly drove revenue higher than our competitors and REVPAR was introduced. I pay my full respect to the Marriott leadership then. The late Messers John Dasburg, Fred Malek, John Durbin, Arnie Sorenson were amongst the finest in our industry Marriott were the pioneers in many successful initiatives 🙏.

Perhaps Kevin could lend his expertise to the team overseeing the Mariott expansion in the Masai Mara national park, where the new expansion is disrupting the great migration corridors. This project has already disrupted and endangered wildlife, and disrespected the communities that have called this land home for generations. Surely there are BETTER locations for building a luxury hotel?
