This week will be special. It will be the 10th time that I deliver a version of my TEDx talk on “Why we celebrate the wrong leaders.” Every time I’ve delivered it, it has been slightly (sometimes very) different. I’ve always rehearsed and tweaked before every event. But today, with hours to kill as I was crossing the Atlantic, I rewrote two major sections…and I think it makes the whole talk better than ever. I can’t wait to find out. PepTalk, Toby Clarke, Jamie Vickery, Kelly Vickery, Lloyd Salmons, Ant Cauchi , Amber Parkin, Caitlin Tubbs-Galley, Josie Kent, Daniel Gomes
Your TED talks are very important and inspiring. I'm excited to see, what rewrites you are referring to. Keep up the good work and all the best to you!
Have fun, sir!
The hook made me nervous, the body proud. Go Martin! 🥳

2dOne of the most excellent TED talks I've ever watched! Thanks, Martin Gutmann, for sharing your view and reaching out to so many leaders out there to start looking differently at how to shift from "Captains of Crisis" to "Boring Management". If somebody here hasn't watched it yet, I strongly recommend doing it 👇 https://youtu.be/DU06c7f9fzc?si=9fDPYVeJ1TRAEDGE
