So before coming here... I think I mixed up Sales Process with Playbooks. Like of course, there's a generic process underpinning everything, but then there are specific tactics too. Seems so simple and intuitive, but having that clarity makes execution SO much easier!

mOS is literally feeding blueprints on how to level up and win. It'd be silly not to check them out! 💪

With you there that 60% of the buyer journey is done before they talk to someone. Buyers have grown to be super smart, they do their own research and social proof has played a big part of building that trust and credibility that would get them to book a call. Which proves why having M1s on the website is a must! 👌🏻
