I had tried to contact with my ISP(Airtel) Their service team said it’s a backend issue Haven’t got any conclusive help from their side so far

I am a Medium.com subscriber from India. I have tried to access through multiple ISPs. I am unable to have access either via app or browser. Many of my friends are also facing the same problem.
