Smarter Planning, Faster Production. Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH set out to cut time-to-market without compromising performance or quality. At the Transparent Factory in Dresden, Germany, Volkswagen Sachsen, Wandelbots, and NVIDIA partnered to redefine the automation strategy. Using the Wandelbots NOVA platform with its NVIDIA Omniverse extension, engineers built a physics-based digital twin of the horn assembly cell - testing robots, tools, and motion paths virtually before physical deployment. The result: optimal configurations achieved entirely in simulation, transferred 1:1 into production. Time-to-market reduced. Capital expenditure minimized. Process reliability increased. Bugatti engineered the fastest cars in the world. We’re engineering the fastest intelligence. When Ettore Bugatti built his first masterpiece in 1909, he wasn’t competing — he was creating. Bugatti wasn’t just about engines and metal. It was about precision, craftsmanship, and relentless pursuit of perfection. Every curve, every detail, every second on the track was engineered to defy limits. At 4iService Lab, that same obsession drives us — but our race is different. We’re not chasing horsepower. We’re building mind power. 🧠⚡ We’re creating AI systems faster than the fastest cars — intelligent architectures that listen, understand, and act in real time. 🚀 Our mission: To build emotionally intelligent AI that merges speed, precision, and empathy — delivering instant decisions that still feel human. 🧩 What makes our AI different: • Engineered to analyze context before responding — just like a trained professional • Designed to evolve through continuous learning — never static, always improving • Built with emotional intelligence — understanding tone, behavior, and intent • Optimized for milliseconds — because every moment matters in performance Just as Bugatti blends art and engineering, we blend emotion and intelligence. The result? Systems that react faster, think deeper, and engage more naturally — transforming how businesses connect with people worldwide. 🌍 From the roar of engines to the hum of data, the same principle remains: Precision creates power. Emotion creates connection. ⚙️ This is not the future of AI. This is the engineering of it. — 4iService Lab AI Systems Faster Than the Fastest Cars. #4iService #AI #Innovation #ArtificialIntelligence #LuxuryTech #Technology #Automation #Bugatti #FutureOfWork #Performance #Engineering #Speed #EmotionalIntelligence #GlobalBusiness To view or add a comment, sign in

The camshaft is an indispensable component in #engine manufacturing. Today, we're sharing an automation retrofit case from Nissan's engine plant, where ALSONTECH helped the customer address the following challenges. ✅ The camshafts in the material bin were stacked and compressed against each other, occasionally sliding during gripping. The #3Dvision system enables the robot to obtain real-time, accurate grasping coordinates. ✅ The workpieces were pure black and reflective, making traditional imaging difficult — but easily handled by our #laser 3D imaging solution. ✅ As this was a retrofit project, there was limited space and no budget for fixed camera installation. Our compact, lightweight #3Dcamera, mounted directly on the #robot arm, reduced mechanical costs and minimized impact on payload and end-space usage. ✅ The 3D vision #software intelligently plans robot motion paths, preventing interference and collisions while improving recognition and gripping accuracy — achieving complete bin clearance. You can find ALSONTECH's solutions deployed in engine plants of Nissan, Toyota, and other leading automakers. What sounds like a technical detail is - in fact - a revolution! ✨ Gigacasting is fundamentally transforming how we build cars: #simpler, #lighter, and more #efficient. Our team at Volkswagen Group Components has been working full speed to integrate gigacasting where it makes most sense for both our vehicles and our customers. Instead of assembling over 100 individual parts, we are now using highly #integrated cast components. That is a real #leap in technology! 🚀 Our highlight: the battery frame 🔋 Our most complex casting part yet! ↔️ 1.7 m tall, 1.2 m wide 🔩 Replaces 123 individual parts with one single cast component 💡Uses a three-plate tool for efficiency ⚖️ Reduces weight by 10% and cost by 15% per part And it is ready to hit the road next year. The battery frame is part of the MEB+ platform and already integrated into the #ElectricUrbanCarFamily, including the ID. Polo, ID. CROSS Concept, CUPRA Raval, and Škoda Epiq. A first within the Volkswagen Group! A huge thank you to the team around Dr. Marc Adam, who showcased this new approach at #IAA2025, for their relentless drive for #innovation.💡🙌 #AutomotiveTechDriver #TechForThePeople #Gigacasting #VolkswagenGroupTechnology #WePowerTechnology #VolkswagenGroupComponents To view or add a comment, sign in

Here's an inside look at the Volkswagen plant in Zwickau. At this multi-brand EV shop for VW, Audi, Cupra, Bentley, and Lamborghini, measurement technician Marc Gündel deals with complex assemblies. One of the biggest challenges: Hundreds of geometric fixture inspections. But Hexagon’s DPA Industrial photogrammetry system was a game-changer for a few reasons. ✦ 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: With a single handheld camera, the DPA Industrial offers complete freedom of movement, even in cramped shop-floor environments. ✦ 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱: Inspections that used to take hours can now be completed in just 15 minutes. ✦ 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: A 50.6-megapixel sensor ensures dimensional accuracy, even in unstable conditions. Here’s how it works: ⒈ Fixtures are signalized with targets and adaptors. ⒉ The handheld camera photographs the fixture from multiple angles. ⒊ Advanced software calculates a 3D point cloud, creating a virtual template for comparison. If a fixture shows signs of wear, the team can quickly identify the issue and make adjustments, without interrupting production. The impact? 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: Inspections can now be done during breaks, eliminating the need for weekend work. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: VW Zwickau’s team can focus on innovation instead of troubleshooting. But it doesn’t stop there. Check out the blog post by Andreas Rietdorf for the full story (link in comments). 𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗨𝗦: Hear how DPA Industrial is also used to inspect their 180 skids – the part carriers that transport components to production stations. 𝗗𝗢𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗨𝗦: The DPA Industrial integrates seamlessly with handheld scanners, enabling faster and more accurate alignment for car body scans. Just think of the great things your team could achieve with faster, smarter inspections. To view or add a comment, sign in
