I’m incredibly proud to announce that Mesh-AI and Indicium are joining forces to form Indicium AI, creating a global data and AI powerhouse. Today marks the start of something truly extraordinary. From founding Mesh-AI four years ago and joining Indicium as an investor and board member in 2024, I’ve had the privilege of watching both organisations grow into exceptional businesses with the best talent, culture and capabilities. Combining the strengths of both organisations across data modernisation, AI execution and deep industry expertise will help our global customers accelerate even faster. With the backing of Columbia Capital and the leadership of our new Global CEO, Kelly Manthey, this is about more than global expansion - it’s about setting the pace for the future of enterprise data and AI. Both brands will operate independently until early 2026, when we will launch our new, unified Indicium AI brand. To our incredible customers, thank you for trusting us with your most ambitious data and AI challenges.
