Erottaja Attorneys advised Prisma Properties AB (publ) in the acquisition of two big box assets   Erottaja Attorneys assisted Prisma Properties AB (publ) in an arrangement in which it acquired to the possession of its affiliate the shares in two real estate companies. The real estate companies own two big box retail properties in Seinäjoki and Pietarsaari. The building located on the Seinäjoki property is leased to Puuilo and Barot’s. The building located on the Pietarsaari property is leased to Rusta.   The acquisition marks Prisma Properties AB (publ)’s first standing, cash-flow-generating assets in Finland.   Erottaja Attorneys acted as the legal advisor of Prisma Properties AB (publ) in the transaction.

When discussing mediation and guided choice dispute resolution, it's often said that earlier settlements are preferable. This isn't about mediators arbitrarily splitting differences or surrendering strategic interests for the sake of a deal. Achieving a settlement doesn't require abandoning one's position.
