Stepping into October, I'm excited to announce that I'm joining Outpost24 as Chief Technology Officer! Outpost24 is a leading global provider of cyber risk management solutions, helping organizations reduce risk and strengthen their security posture. I'm looking forward to working in a domain that is more relevant than ever, and in an environment that has a lot of similarities to what I've worked with before: serving enterprise customers with complex, security-sensitive needs, combining data intelligence with actionable insights, and delivering modern, user-friendly solutions. I'll be leading the R&D organization for both Outpost24 and Specops Software - an Outpost24 company, with teams across Sweden, Belgium, Spain, and Vietnam, bringing my 25+ years of software development experience to focus on driving innovation, building high-performing engineering cultures, and navigating the complexity of leading distributed teams. This also means moving on from Learnster, where I'm really proud of what we achieved together. We strengthened the team, modernized our development practices, and delivered significant product value: 22 features across 8 releases, improving user experience and taking meaningful steps into AI-powered solutions. I'm joining a really strong team and look forward to work with Ido Erlichman, Omri Kletter, Shirona Partem, Chris De Hous, Liz Drysdale, Jonas Zetterqvist, Mattias Häggström, Hjörleifur Jónsson, and many many more!
