Talkdesk for SCV seamlessly combines phone, digital channels, and CRM data within agents’ Service Cloud consoles. Talkdesk is now one of the first providers supporting unified routing in Service Cloud Voice, thus embedding our AI-powered voice directly into Service Cloud’s native routing engine.
