As military spine surgeons, we are trained to adapt to demanding and constantly evolving scenarios — maintaining surgical capability under challenging conditions while upholding the highest standards of care. These are values we proudly share with our civilian colleagues, who also navigate high-pressure environments and complex decision-making on a daily basis. My sincere thanks to Prof. 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗹𝘇 for leading this knowledge-review initiative; to Neo Medical for their continued support and for providing versatile, effective tools that enhance both civilian and military practice; and to my colleague,Rafael García Cañas whose vision made this network possible. https://www.linkedin.com/groups/13161580 Following our first meeting in Paris, hosted by the Neurosurgery Service of Hôpital d’instruction des armées Percy, and our second international symposium in Madrid, at the Hospital Central de la Defensa Gómez Ulla, we continue to strengthen our collaboration and advance the mission of military spine surgery worldwide.
