A new chapter begins. I’m thrilled to share that I’ve joined, this month, Curium Pharma as General Manager Italy & Austria and Managing Director at Curium Pharma Italy. Curium’s mission to “redefine the experience of cancer” is a powerful reminder that leadership is not only about driving results but about serving something greater. These are not just words. They are a call to action – to think differently, to act boldly, and to never forget that behind every scan, every vial, every treatment, there is a person, a family, a story. Working for a company with such a noble purpose is a privilege – but privilege always comes with responsibility: to lead with courage and empathy, to create meaning in our work, and to help teams connect what they do every day with the difference it makes in people’s lives. I look forward to contributing to Curium’s journey and to working alongside inspiring colleagues in Italy, Austria and across the organization to make a meaningful difference for patients and healthcare professionals.
