🌱 Exciting Week at Nosh Bio! We were honored to welcome members of the Abgeordnetenhaus von Berlin (Berlin State Assembly) to our offices at the Technologiepark Adlershof, one of Europe’s leading science and technology hubs. As part of the “#AGHmeetsAdlershof Initiative” our team had the opportunity to present Nosh Bio’s mission in using #KojiProtein to create a more sustainable food system powered by fermentation-based alternative protein innovation. It was inspiring to engage in open dialogue with policymakers who are deeply invested in shaping Berlin’s DeepTech and bioeconomy future.
