Hope Finance Minister Nirmalajee investigates why even gold loan companies even having high court indictment of Financial Fraud are allowed by SEBI & regulators to trade their shares in stock exchanges even now even after indictement of many years! Sadly gold loan companies have been making bumper profts for past 50 years using so many dirty tricks!Here is the modus operandi of cheating & looting of millions of poor indians They offer slightly lesser interest for gold mortgaged with them compared to scheduled banks & insist only on fewer number of documents for approving the loan , but insist that if the customer does not pay the interest on the loan in time of say a few months or years, they will auction the gold & recover the amount due to them ! so a housewife or customer who had mortgaged say 10 gms of gold ornament or ring etc for gold loan could lose the gold in auction after a few months & loan offering company ,using their own agents will confiscate the gold in auction paying only a small price to the customer in distress! Sadly the cheated customers will have no money to aprroach the police station or courts to get justice for the loot done on them! Shame this farce goes on &on! anchor.fm/dockumar
