Is it impossible to run L&D on a low budget? 😬 We don't believe so. We think having a low budget actually increases: - Creativity - Resourcefulness - Focus on internal expertise - Internal collaboration - Flexibility ... among others. What programs can you run on a low budget? ✨ Peer learning groups ✨ Mentoring & Reverse Mentoring ✨ Job shadowing ✨ Intrapreneurship Accelerator ✨ Peer-to-peer learning programs ✨ Hackathons There's plenty to do even with a low budget. It's not easy, but it's worth it! 💜 #learninganddevelopment

Insightful post, thank you. A low budget can be a catalyst for innovation. In addition to these great ideas, you can also leverage microlearning using free tools, internal podcasts featuring expert employees, curated learning playlists from existing content, and cross-functional projects to share skills. When resources are limited, creativity thrives!
