Celebrating Women’s History Month at Paradigm Capital Management!   As a proud woman-founded and women-owned firm, we have enormous appreciation for the legacy of women who have helped shape the modern world of finance. In 1966, Geraldine Weiss founded the Investment Quality Trends newsletter which promoted a value-based philosophy for equity investments. At the time, Geraldine authored the letter as “G. Weiss” as she felt the need to mask her gender in order to gain credibility in the industry. We admire the strides that women have made in the financial services industry since then and continue to promote equality and equal representation in finance.
