This morning at SMF’s C-Suite Breakfast, I spoke on the opportunities (and challenges) of applying AI in maritime. It was inspiring to see the engagement, energy and aspirations of industry leaders on how innovation can drive impact. This morning, Singapore Maritime Foundation (SMF) welcomed 100 maritime leaders to our second 𝐂-𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 this year. Mr. Vivek Lath and Dr. Philipp Rau, Partners at McKinsey & Company, presented on the topic “𝑺𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑨𝑰 𝒊𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆: 𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒕” which covered the latest AI developments, applications in maritime, case studies of early adopters, and strategies to scale impact effectively. We thank both speakers for sharing their expertise, and our guests for making time to join us. Incepted in 2022, the SMF C-Suite Breakfast Series is a closed-door, by-invitation platform for leaders across the maritime ecosystem to engage in candid conversations on issues of strategic interests. #MaritimeSG
