It’s not easy to leave a Company that gave you so much from the very beginning. As Sales Manager #3 in Italy, back in 2015, I’ve had the rare honour of witnessing its evolution firsthand and shaping its path.   From day one, I had the privilege of growing alongside passionate professionals, bold leaders, and visionary clients who supported a Company that literally transformed the industry. It’s been more than a workplace: a leadership academy, a school of business, and above all, a place of meaningful relationships. My special mention goes to 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗶, who believed in me at the very start of this path, whose support I’ll never forget.   Together, with 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮, we built a new framework for Cybersecurity in Government, always with the same passion, sense of urgency, accountability and strong Team spirit. My sincere appreciation goes to 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗶, my partner in crime in building The Public Sector local business, and to 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘇𝘇𝗮, a true teammate from the very start of this incredible chapter. A special thought goes to the late 𝗚𝗶𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗶, who left us far too soon. Of course, my deepest appreciation to all my colleagues across 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹, 𝗗𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝘅, 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝟰𝟮, 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗢𝗽𝘀, 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗸, 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗛𝗥 & 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗚𝗧𝗠, 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹, 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 and #𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆: YOU ALL made the difference every step of the way.   I’m deeply grateful to all our 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀, whose trust, collaboration, and continuous challenge have made every achievement meaningful, and our 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀, without your engagement none of the results would have truly mattered.   The plan is for me to move to the new company in early November, but you're still likely to see me around or stay in touch, if you’d like.   Stay tuned!
